Does Medicare cover any of the cost of my appointment?

Medicare will only provide a rebate for patients who have been given a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (MBS Item 10960) or a Follow-Up Physio Services for People of Aboriginal or TSI Descent Plan (MBS Item 81335).  These cannot be issued by your physio, they are issued to patients by their GP.

Do you accept WorkCover claims?

Yes, we accept approved WorkCover claims.

Patients are required to pay for their appointments in full until their claim is formally approved by WorkCover.  We can provide receipt print outs for patients to claim back the cost of their appointments with WorkCover once it is approved.

Following confirmation of WorkCover accepting your claim, you will need to provide the following to us:

  • A valid and current WorkCover Medical Certificate from your referring GP
  • WorkCover claim number, case manager name and contact details.

Once a claim is approved, we can bill your appointments straight to WorkCover.
