About Us

Nathan Niesler – Senior Physiotherapist

Our Senior Physiotherapist Nathan has a wealth of experience in the hands-on treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. He has an enthusiasm and passion for his work, along with an extensive knowledge base, which enables him to provide patients with fast results in relieving their pain, and long term prevention of the problem. Nathan has a special interest in headaches, migraines, spinal/nerve pain and sporting injuries.

Nathan has pursued his keen interest in treating headaches and migraines, having co-founded the first headache clinic on the Sunshine Coast after undergoing training on the Watson Headache© Approach at the world-renowned Watson Headache© Institute in Sydney.  Nathan has also run Pilates classes as part of his work in a Brisbane-based private practice, and has undertaken DMA Clinical Pilates training – skills and knowledge that he draws upon when devising individualised exercise programs for his clients.

As a Brisbane Bullets NBL Championship-winning player who has enjoyed a successful basketball career in both Australia and the UK, Nathan understands the needs of athletes.  Previously, he has provided strength and conditioning training for the largest Tennis Academy on the Sunshine Coast.  He can provide treatment and training advice for those working towards a particular sport or fitness goal, and understands the need for competitive athletes to recover quickly from injuries to stay at the top of their game.
