About Us

Cathy Doring – Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Cathy Doring is the Principal and owner of Cathy Doring Physiotherapy, which was established in its current Jindalee location in 2009.  She is an APA Titled Tier 2 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with more than 25 years of experience in treating sports and musculoskeletal injuries in a wide variety of settings including a number of private practices that she has owned in New South Wales and Queensland.  She has also volunteered as a physiotherapist with Team Singapore as part of the Medical Team at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
Cathy has used her extensive knowledge in her work as a clinical educator with Physiotherapy Masters students at the University of Queensland, and to deliver educational programs and presentations for:
  • Personal trainers – training with injuries, training during pregnancy
  • Sporting Clubs
  • Arthritis Foundation
  • Sports Trainers -  Lvl 1 and 2 Courses
  • Hospital Settings – Workplace Health and Safety for nurses, biomedical scientists and other health professionals
In her spare time, Cathy enjoys a variety of  outdoor activities including bush walking and water sports.

Nathan Niesler – Senior Physiotherapist

Our Senior Physiotherapist Nathan has a wealth of experience in the hands-on treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. He has an enthusiasm and passion for his work, along with an extensive knowledge base, which enables him to provide patients with fast results in relieving their pain, and long term prevention of the problem. Nathan has a special interest in headaches, migraines, spinal/nerve pain and sporting injuries.

Bernadette Ha – Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Bernadette has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions and women’s health issues. She has a particular interest in the treatment of a range of complex chronic pain cases, as well as headache. Bernadette is also passionate about addressing women’s health issues, providing treatment for incontinence, pelvic pain, abdominal separation and female sexual pain, so that her patients can live active, pain-free lives.
